The new release of Rodez's NV Dosage Zéro offers up aromas of honeyed orchard fruit, peaches and citrus zest, followed by a medium to full-bodied, racy and incisive palate. Served too cold, its dryness is a little brutal, but as the wine warms a little in the glass its depth of fruit takes center stage.
