This award-winning Icewine has a beautiful bronze gold colour with an aromatic bouquet of honey, sugared hazelnuts, sweet spice and tropical fruit. The luscious mouthfeel has explosive flavors of papaya, guava, gooseberry and melon with notes of exotic spice, marmalade and butterscotch lingering on the finish. An amazing concentration of acidity softens the sweetness of the wine and leaves a refreshing finish. Best enjoyed now through 2016.

Serve chilled at 8 to 10°C in small white wine glasses, 1 to 2 oz per person. Enjoy before a meal, chilled with your favourite vodka and a couple of frozen grapes for an amazing Icewine Martini. During a meal with paté or foie gras; prosciutto and melon; Thai mango salad; or as a wonderful companion to spicy Asian cuisine or Indian curries.
