
Jacopo Poli, Pere di Poli (Pear Brandy)
“Pere di Polo is a Brandy made from Williams pears, originally brought to Italy from Egypt in ancient times, these are widely considered the most ideal variety for distillation. Poli sources his select pears from South Tyrol in the alpine Trentino-Alto Adige region.
