Born at the end of seventiues by a great intuition of Giuseppe Rainoldi, the sparkling wine making of Nebbiolo is a pride of Casa vinicola Rainoldi. Strictly faithful to the traditional method - bottle - fermentation, this single vintage enhances the uniqueness thanks to an ageing of 36 months on the lees. It has a taste of raspberry, white cherry, chalks and minerals as well.
