Citadelle Gin is infused with 19 botanicals for 72 hours and distilled in a copper pot for 12 hours. On the nose, delicate and fragrant, layered aromas of fresh flowers, jasmine, honeysuckle, cinnamon, anise and herbs. On the palate, juniper gives way to a voluptuous complexity redolent of fresh flowers, leading into an elegant, round and highly refined finish.
