Botromagno-Gravina-Bianco-2010

Botromagno, Gravina Bianco, 2010

Produced from 60% Greco and 40% Malvasia grapes, Gravina is one of Italy’s most ancient white wines. The grape varieties that traditionally produced this wine were brought from Asia Minor and found their ideal habitat in Puglia. This wine is brilliant lemon-green in color with playful aromas of green apple, white peach and apricot. On the palate, a tangy vein of acidity unfolds into a long, harmonious finish. A perfect wine with oysters, calamari, sashimi, Asian cuisines and grilled seafood. – www.Winebow.com
