Larry McKenna is a legend in Martinborough, indeed throughout New Zealand, the man who steered Martinborough Vineyards to international acclaim. Established in 1999, Escarpment’s vineyards are located upon the alluvial loams in the “Te Muna” area that are blessed with good drainage and a cool summer microclimate.
Inspired by the classic wines of Burgundy, this Pinot Noir
is a tribute to Martinborough’s unique terroir. It will cellar gracefully for up to 10 years.
