How does Sherry-Lehmann store its wines?
Our 65,000 square foot warehouse in Brooklyn, New York is completely temperature- and humidity-controlled at 55-57°F (13-14°C) with 70% humidity year-round—through the long New York summers as well as its unpredictable winters. At our store, all the wines you see on display are just that—wines for display. When you choose a bottle from the display, our salespeople request that the bottle be pulled from our temperature- and humidity-controlled cellar (again, 55-57° with 70% humidity), resting below Park Avenue.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We make every attempt to get your order shipped to you as soon as possible. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of ordering… many on the same day.
  • Orders within New York State: please allow 1-3 business days for delivery.
  • Orders outside the New York State area usually take 3-6 business days, depending on your shipping address; some orders could take longer.
  • Sherry-Lehmann Gift Cards ship via FedEx Express to arrive within three business days, guaranteed.
Why can't I log in?
Are you sure that you have created an account with us? If you have indeed set up an account, but still cannot log in, you may be using an incorrect Username and Password. Do you accept orders over the phone or via fax?
Yes! You can order over the phone or by fax during our normal business hours (9 AM to 7 PM, Eastern time). We also invite you to come visit us at our Park Avenue store in New York City. Our very knowledgeable staff would be happy to help you no matter how you contact us.

We ship wine to all states except for the ones listed below. Deliveries to the following states are limited to wine accessories only:

Can I cancel or modify an order after it has been submitted?
Yes. You can cancel or modify an order by calling us at (212) 838-7500 or by email at orders@sherry-lehmann.com. Be sure to include your name, email address, order number (if available), the products you want to cancel or change, and all other information that could help us locate the order. With any cancellation or modification, please let us know as soon as possible. All cancelled orders are subject to a 6% restocking fee.
Can I return a product?
We strive to deliver high-quality products, reliable shipping, and exceptional customer service. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us right away. We will do all that we can to make things right. Please call, email, or visit Sherry-Lehmann before sending your return so that we can expect it. How do I know if you have received my order?
After you place an order, you will see a "Thank You" page notifying you that you will receive an order confirmation via email. Additionally, in the My Account area, you should see the order on the My Previous Orders page.
Does Sherry-Lehmann.com offer gift certificates?
The Sherry-Lehmann Gift Card may be purchased in denominations of $50, $75, $100, $150, $200, $250, $500 and $1,000. To find out more, visit the Gift Cards page. Sherry-Lehmann Gift Cards ship via FedEx Express to arrive within three business days, guaranteed.

Can I obtain wines or other products that are not listed on your website?
Yes. Due to the vast size of our inventory, we cannot list on our website everything in-stock. If you cannot find something, please email your request and the quantity desired to us at inquiries@sherry-lehmann.com, and we'll get back to you promptly.
Do you gift wrap? What does your wrapping paper look like?
Yes! We can gift-wrap each item individually at $3.95 per item. Alternately, we can gift-wrap multiple bottles together (up to 12 per box), for $3.95 per box. We offer two different kinds of wrapping paper: a Toulouse Lautrec Can-Can print and our classic Sherry-Lehmann design.
