This wine has a deep reddish-black color and black cherry, espresso bean and dark chocolate aromatics. The black stone fruit and mineral flavors have a balanced acidity and a sweet tannin backbone. Enjoy now and for the next 10-14 years. Winemaker notes
There is some finesse here although the nose is cassis- and dark berry-laden. The tannin is soft with a nice little bite in the finish.
