This rare “XO” Brandy comes from Napa Valley’s Etude Winery and winemaker Jon Priest. It is assembled from eight varietals, including pinot noir, French Colombard, muscat, ugni blanc and chenin blanc. Distillation was done in copper-pot stills (alembics) and the brandy displays notes of dried figs, spices and almonds.

This fine and extremely rare brandy is from Napa Valley’s Etude Winery. Recently discovered barrels of unfinished, aging brandy were used by winemaker Jon Priest to produce this unique 100% pinot noir spirit. It is distilled in copper-pot stills (alembics) portraying notes of delicate fruit as well as floral characteristics.
